Appointment Commitment
At Red Beauty Lounge, every appointment is intentionally reserved to provide a seamless, elevated experience.
Cancellations & Changes
We kindly request 24–48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes.
Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or missed appointments may be subject to a fee based on the reserved service.
Guests with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to keep a card on file.
Late Arrivals
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require your service to be shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled.
A late arrival fee of up to 20% of the scheduled service may apply.
Appointment Confirmations
You will receive a text and email to confirm your appointment. If not confirmed, our team will follow up with a courtesy call.
